PingSlipGet early accessThese terms are between you and Builtby Hemanth, Andhra Pradesh, India ("we"), and cover your use of the PingSlip app, website and support. By using PingSlip you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can agree on that business's behalf.
Your account
You need to be 18 or over, and you log in with your phone number. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your staff logins, so keep your phone secure and remove staff who leave.
Free trial and plans
- The free trial lasts 14 days or your first 50 jobs, whichever comes first.
- After that, plans are ₹199 a month or ₹1,499 a year. Prices may change, and any change applies to your next payment.
- Plans are one-time payments. They don't renew by themselves; paying again adds more time.
- Your saved jobs stay yours after a trial or plan ends.
Payments and refunds
Plan payments are handled by Razorpay. Plans are not refundable once started, except for a duplicate or wrong charge, or where the law requires it. If that happens, contact us and we'll put it right.
Your customers' payments go directly to your own UPI ID or to you in cash. We never hold your money, and we aren't part of any dispute between you and a customer.
Messages to your customers
- Ask each customer before leaving WhatsApp updates on for them. Turn updates off if they say no.
- Enter correct numbers, and use PingSlip only for real job updates, never for spam or promotions.
- WhatsApp's and Meta's rules apply. We may stop messages or suspend an account that breaks them.
- Delivery depends on WhatsApp and the customer's phone, so we can't promise every message arrives.
Your data
Your shop data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it to run PingSlip, as our Privacy Policy explains. You're responsible for having the right to record your customers' details.
Fair use
Don't misuse PingSlip: no breaking the law, attacking or copying the service, or using it to harass anyone. PingSlip's name, logo, app and design belong to us.
Availability
We work to keep PingSlip running, but it may sometimes be down for updates or because of services we rely on, and features may change. The app works offline for most things and syncs when you're back.
Limits on our responsibility
PingSlip is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost business or profit, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Ending your use
You can stop using PingSlip at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously break these terms, and we'll tell you why where we can.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Let's try to sort out any problem together first. If we can't, the courts of Andhra Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
