In the PingSlip app, open Menu, then Privacy & data, then Delete data on this phone. This removes every job, customer and payment from that phone and logs you out. It can't be undone.
Delete your account and data from our servers
The step above doesn't remove what's saved on our servers. To delete that too, ask us from Help & support in the app, or on WhatsApp at +91 95422 95621, from the phone number you log in with.
We'll confirm it's you, then delete your shop, staff, customers, jobs, support tickets and notification tokens from our live systems, normally within 30 days.
What we may keep
We keep records of plan payments for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Records of a customer who replied STOP may be kept so they don't get messages again. Backups clear over time.
If you're a shop's customer
Reply STOP to any PingSlip WhatsApp message to end updates. To remove your details, ask the shop, or contact us and we'll help.
